Our experienced team will communicate with you via your preferred email and phone number, sending the necessary information prior to the first appointment with the Sleep Doctor.

You will also receive a text with a secure portal link to submit insurance information. Please upload the necessary documents prior to the appointment.
On the day of your virtual appointment, find a quiet, well-lit location to join the tele-visit. Select your smart device: Phone, Laptop, Tablet or other technology to join the call.
Join the call 5 minutes before the appointment by clicking the link sent to you via email/text. Answer a few basic questions prompted, then click ‘Knock’ to inform your Doctor you are ready.
If applicable, our team will call you on the day of the visit to collect co-pay. Note, co-pay amount will depend on your insurance plan.
Your doctor will discuss your health, address concerns, and collaborate to create a personalized treatment plan.

Simple & Convenient: Once you book your appointment, we handle all the paperwork. Our team works directly with your insurance provider to ensure your evaluation, test and therapy is covered. We accept all major insurances, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, United Healthcare, Kaiser Permanente, Tricare, Medicare and many more. See details here All accepted Insurances
Co-Pay Process: After processing your insurance, we'll provide your approximate copay costs—no surprises. For co-pay, our team will text you one business day before the Appointment a secure link for collecting payment, if applicable.
Note, co-pay amount will depend on your insurance plan.
Cash Pay Process: For cash payments, initial consultation is $225 and follow-up appointments cost $125 per visit.
If a Home Sleep Test is recommended by your Sleep Doctor, we will send you a FDA-approved, simple to setup, home sleep test. Use it for one or two nights. After the test, you’ll send the device back to us for analysis.
Submitting your Home Sleep Test: We will include a return label and schedule a follow up consultation with the Sleep Expert to discuss the results. You can learn more about it here.
