
Tamara (Tammy) Love has been practicing sleep medicine since 2011. She is a certified Family Practice Nurse Practitioner, graduating from Georgia State University in 2008 and has Certification in Clinic Sleep Health (CCSH).
She works in all areas of sleep medicine as well as specializing in Cognitive Behavior Therapy for the treatment of insomnia. Along with in clinic care, she has been performing telemedicine visits since 2021 and thoroughly enjoys the excellent healthcare, interactions and convenience that telemedicine provides to patients.
She believes that good sleep health is important to all aspects of healthy living and is passionate about helping patients achieve the best sleep outcomes through listening and understanding the issues as well as advising on personalized treatments.
Tammy lives in North Carolina and when not working to improve the sleep of her patients, enjoys being outdoors gardening, boating and hiking as well as spending any and all time with her family.
